Almost everything has a silver lining. My husband Chris is laid off from his regular job right now, which isn't wonderful for obvious reasons, but it does have a few benefits. Not only do we get to spend more time together as a family, but now he has lots of time to work on our Etsy shop. He's been occupied keeping our shelves stocked as we move into the busiest time of the Christmas shopping season, and he's also been at work creating some new products.
First, some maple and walnut monster trucks--inspired by our monster-truck-loving son:
To have a tried-and-true classic in our shop, we added some old-fashioned spinning tops:
We also, for the first time, are offering full-size hand turned bowls (finished with beeswax polish), for either play or practical use:
And lastly, my favourite: We redesigned our sets of play dishes, to be less chunky and be smoother and more delicate looking. Personally, I think they're really cute!
So, those are our new offerings. I hope you liked them. Stay tuned for a toy giveaway coming very soon! :)

And speaking of giveaways--we belong to an Etsy team called Natural Kids Team, and on the team website there is currently a giveaway for a cute baby shirt, matching hat and some herbal tea for nursing mothers, if anyone is interested. :)
Such beautiful things!
